Sevayat.com does NOT guarantee:

  • Immediate or time-bound darshan
  • VIP or priority access beyond temple rules
  • Crowd-free or uninterrupted darshan

All darshan is strictly subject to:

  • Temple administration policies
  • Crowd conditions
  • Security protocols
3. NON-COMMERCIAL DECLARATION

Sevayat.com is not a travel agency or darshan brokerage platform.

  • No darshan is sold or guaranteed
  • Any contribution made is voluntary (dakṣiṇā-based)
  • Sevayats are prohibited from demanding money
4. ROLE OF SEVAYATS & VOLUNTEERS

Sevayats and volunteers provide:

  • Guidance and assistance only
  • Support for elderly, disabled, and vulnerable pilgrims

They are NOT:

  • Security personnel
  • Medical professionals
  • Government authorities
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sevayat.com shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays due to crowd or temple restrictions
  • Denial of entry or darshan by authorities
  • Injury, loss, or damage within temple premises
  • Stampede, panic, or unforeseen incidents
  • Actions of third parties

All users participate at their own risk and responsibility.

6. MEDICAL & PHYSICAL DISCLAIMER
  • Assistance provided to elderly or disabled pilgrims is voluntary
  • Physical support is given with care but without guarantee
  • Users must assess their own health condition before participation

Failure to comply may result in:
