1. BINDING ACCEPTANCE (SITE-WIDE ENFORCEMENT)

By accessing, browsing, registering, submitting forms, or using any service on Sevayat.com, you:

  • Agree to these Terms, Disclaimer, and Temple Rules
  • Accept that these terms apply across the entire website, all pages, forms, and services
  • Acknowledge that continued use = legal acceptance

These Terms apply to:

  • Pilgrims (Visitors / Users)
  • Sevayat Service Providers
  • Volunteers
  • Any third-party interacting with the platform

2. NATURE OF PLATFORM

Sevayat.com is a facilitation and coordination platform designed to:

  • Connect pilgrims with Sevayat assistance
  • Support elderly, disabled, and general devotees
  • Provide structured darshan assistance (within temple norms)

This platform:

  • DOES NOT control temple operations
  • DOES NOT influence rituals (Nīti)
  • DOES NOT guarantee darshan access

3. ABSOLUTE NON-COMMERCIAL POSITION

Sevayat.com strictly operates under Seva principles:

  • No darshan is sold
  • No guaranteed or VIP darshan is provided
  • No fixed service pricing exists

Any financial exchange:

  • Must be voluntary (dakṣiṇā-based)
  • Must not be demanded or enforced

Violation leads to immediate suspension.

4. UNIVERSAL USER OBLIGATIONS (APPLIES EVERYWHERE ON SITE)

All users must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Follow temple rules and Sevayat instructions
  • Maintain discipline, respect, and lawful behavior
  • Not misuse platform for commercial exploitation

Users agree that:

  • Misuse of any form, contact, or system is prohibited
  • Fake bookings, spam, or manipulation will result in blocking

5. SEVAYAT SERVICE PROVIDER TERMS

All Sevayat-associated users must:

AUTHENTICITY

  • Be genuine Sevayats or authorized representatives

CONDUCT

  • Maintain dignity and respectful behavior
  • Not mislead pilgrims
  • Not promise guaranteed darshan

FINANCIAL ETHICS

  • No forced payment
  • No hidden charges
  • No negotiation inside temple

STRICT PROHIBITIONS

  • No solicitation
  • No brokerage behavior
  • No bypassing temple rules

Any violation results in:

  • Immediate removal from platform
  • Permanent blacklisting

6. VOLUNTEER TERMS & LIMITATIONS

Volunteers are:

  • Assistance providers only
  • Not employees or legal representatives

They must:

  • Follow training and SOP
  • Avoid physical force
  • Not handle money transactions
  • Not interfere in rituals

Sevayat.com is not liable for:

  • Volunteer actions beyond assigned duties

7. DARSHAN & SERVICE LIMITATION

Users explicitly agree:

  • Darshan depends on crowd and temple authority
  • No time commitment is guaranteed
  • Assistance does not mean priority access

Sevayat.com holds zero control over darshan outcome.

8. STRICT TEMPLE COMPLIANCE CLAUSE

All users MUST comply with Jagannath Temple rules, including but not limited to:

  • Improper dress
  • Unauthorized entry categories

Violation may result in:

  • Denial of entry

9. DATA USAGE & DIGITAL CONSENT

By using Sevayat.com:

  • You consent to data collection for coordination purposes
  • Data includes: name, contact, health info (if required)
  • Data is not sold but stored securely

Users must NOT:

  • Hack, scrape, or misuse system data

10. LIABILITY WAIVER (CRITICAL LEGAL SHIELD)

Sevayat.com is NOT responsible for:

  • Crowd-related delays or denial of darshan
  • Physical injury, stampede, or accidents
  • Loss of belongings
  • Medical emergencies
  • Actions of temple authorities or third parties

All services are used at user’s own risk.

11. MEDICAL & PHYSICAL RESPONSIBILITY

Users declare:

  • They are physically fit for temple visit
  • They understand risks of crowd movement
  • Assistance is supportive, not guaranteed safety

12. ZERO TOLERANCE MISCONDUCT POLICY

Immediate suspension for:

  • Money demand
  • Fraud or misrepresentation
  • Abuse or harassment
  • Violation of temple discipline

13. SYSTEM-WIDE ENFORCEMENT

These Terms apply to:

  • All pages
  • All forms
  • All bookings
  • All communications
  • All on-ground services

No section of the platform is exempt.

14. TERMINATION RIGHTS

Sevayat.com reserves full rights to:

  • Block users
  • Remove Sevayats
  • Cancel services
  • Restrict access

Without prior notice for violations.

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
  • Governed by laws of India
  • Jurisdiction: Odisha
16. FORCE MAJEURE

Sevayat.com is not liable for:

  • Natural disasters
  • Stampede situations
  • Government restrictions
  • Temple closures
17. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Terms may be updated anytime.

Continued use = acceptance of updated terms.

18. FINAL DECLARATION

Sevayat.com is a Seva-driven platform, not a commercial system.

It exists to assist pilgrims while protecting the sanctity, discipline,
and tradition of Jagannath Temple.
